Le Cordon Bleu Australia’s Degree program is conducted at the world-class Regency International Centre for Hospitality, Leisure and Food Studies . It provides Le Cordon Bleu students with dedicated training facilities in this state-of-the-art complex, including a restaurant/function centre capable of seating up to 500, two functions kitchens, two teaching kitchens, an Asian teaching kitchen, a sensory evaluation area and industry development centre.
While Le Cordon Bleu Australia is the registered education provider, the Business Masters’ Programs are delivered in association with the University of South Australia . The University Library offers first-class business and management learning resources with a dedicated liaison librarian. It provides texts, journals, periodicals, magazines and access to on-line databases and information services.
Sydney Culinary Arts
Graduates of Le Cordon Bleu become part of a culinary tradition of excellence and earn the recognition that comes with being a Cordon Bleu. Of the 27 months that students spend completing their Professional Culinary Management (commercial cookery or patisserie ) program 6 months is spent out in the workforce, giving graduates fantastic industry experience and income towards their studies.

Campus facilities
The facilities at the Ryde Campus are world class and include 16 fully equipped commercial and specialty kitchens, dining rooms, food science laboratories and computer rooms. The campus library incorporates an extensive collection of culinary texts, journals, video materials, database and internet research facilities. The Counselling Unit provides counseling in career or course directions, financial and personal issues. The Adult Education Unit provides tutorial support and assistance with English language. There is a Student Association and a Student Cafeteria.
Melbourne Culinary Management
Le Cordon Bleu is partnered with Victoria University in Melbourne. Students will acquire practical components including cooking and culinary skills; experience in an operational kitchen on campus and work in a productive capacity; more than 500 hours of paid, industry work experience via Victoria’s University’s supervised “Work Integrated Learning” project.
It is expected that graduates of this program will be quickly employed by the international hospitality and culinary market as cooks and chefs with a view to them progressing to become chef managers and kitchen managers.

Campus facilities
Academic (higher education) will be conducted at the Footscary Park campus
• In this setting the Culinary Management students will participate in lectures, classes and general campus.
Technical (culinary) will be conducted in purpose built facilities at Footscary Nicholson campus
• The Culinary Management students will attend class in the purpose built, dedicated, instruction and demonstration kitchens. The students will also cook in the production kitchen for the “The Terrace”.
